Ok so I have a Samsung UE49MU7000 tv and refresh rate according to manufacturer info is 60 Hz. I used to play facebook youtube videos on my tv from my iphone so I dont think there is a network issue, I have 40 Mbps internet on fibre from BT (UK here) so not that bad
